The Capgemini Interview Process, Round by Round

1. Online assessment. AI-proctored on Superset, testing technical knowledge, cognitive ability, language proficiency, and workplace behavior. It splits into Number Series and General Aptitude (about 2 hours 15 minutes combined) and an English Assessment Test (20 minutes).

2. Coding round. Two programming problems within a fixed time limit, in a language of your choice. Performance here plays a meaningful role in the final selection decision.

3. Technical interview. Evaluates conceptual knowledge and practical application — you may be asked to explain code you wrote in the earlier coding round. Come prepared on DSA, DBMS, OS, networking, and OOP.
