1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at Interview Flash, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Interview Flash's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. Disclaimer
The materials on Interview Flash's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Interview Flash makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Interview Flash or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Interview Flash's website.
5. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
The Free Starter plan is free with no payment required, so no refund applies to it. Pro Career is a paid monthly subscription (see Pricing for the current price). Enterprise and campus placement-cell plans are billed under a separate agreement with that institution, and refunds for those are handled per the terms of that specific agreement.
- Cancelling Pro: Pro renews monthly until cancelled. To cancel, email hello@interviewflash.com — cancellation stops future renewals but does not itself refund the current billing period.
- Refund window: If you're charged in error, or you cancel within 48 hours of your first Pro payment and haven't meaningfully used Pro-only features in that window, we'll refund that charge in full — email us and we'll sort it out. Outside that window, we don't refund the portion of a billing period already used.
- Failed or disputed payments: If a renewal payment fails, Pro access may pause until it's resolved; contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank and we'll fix billing issues directly.
This section covers our default terms. If you were quoted different terms in writing for an Enterprise or campus agreement, that written agreement takes precedence.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
